With man made climate change now considered a reality by most people we are on the look out for the UK's best sustainable projects and previously unsung green heroes!
If you think there's a project or person you would like to nominate, please enter one of the award categories that are up for grabs.
Category entrants shortlisted by the Judges Panel will receive invitations to attend the inaugural UK Green Champions Awards Dinner later this year where their achievements will be celebrated and promoted to the nation's media. A winner will also be selected in each category.
The Judges Panel will be made up of a mix of the UK 's leading green lights and business people. They will be announced fairly shortly.
